Please note: Due to the high volume couriers are experiencing at this time, packages may be delayed up to 3 - 4 days in Ontario and Quebec, and up to 4 - 5 days in other provinces.
When will my order ship?
Our processing time for in stock items is 1-3 business days. We do not ship on Weekends or Holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email when your parcel has shipped.
Tell me about shipping in Canada
We offer standard shipping (3-10 business days) : $12 CAD
*Standard shipping is FREE when you spend $59 or more (before taxes)
Shipping to our Canadian friends in major cities across the provinces will take 3-10 business days. Excluding Weekends and Holidays. (It may take a few extra days to deliver to remote areas) We ship Monday thru Friday. All orders come with tracking so you can watch your parcels journey.
Tell me about shipping to the USA
We offer standard shipping (5-15 business days) $14 CAD
*Standard shipping is FREE when you spend $59 (before tax). Excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Shipping to our US friends can take up to 15 business days depending on your location. Excluding weekends and holidays. We ship Monday Thru Friday. All orders come with tracking so you can watch your parcels journey.
*** PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high volume postal carriers are experiencing during this time, deliveries may be delayed up to 1 - 2 weeks. We are still fulfilling and sending out orders Monday - Friday but packages may take longer than usual to arrive.
(We ship from Canada, and US customs has the right to hold your order for 30 days)
Do you offer International shipping?
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international shipping. We hope to in the near future.
What to do if my parcel is late?
Please allow at least 15 business days for delivery of your package. If the order still hasn't arrived after this time period, email us at asivapalan@schcontario.ca. and we will be happy to look into the issue further for you.
If a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided during checkout or cannot be delivered due to reasons outside of Canada Post's control, we are unfortunately not able to refund or resend the order.
